Boon Kuan LOW is an experienced leader in customer experience and consulting services with a strong background in managing large teams and driving service sales across the Asia Pacific, Japan, and China (APJC) region. Currently serving as Director of Xpert Services at Nutanix since March 2021, Boon Kuan LOW leads the implementation and integration of enterprise cloud and SaaS solutions. Prior to this role, Boon Kuan LOW spent 14 years at Cisco in various leadership positions, including Regional CX Delivery Leader and Head of Customer Experience Delivery for the public sector. Boon Kuan LOW's earlier career includes key roles in DHL Supply Chain, DMX Technologies, HP, Toshiba Data Dynamics, and Datacraft, showcasing a diverse skill set in program management, technical consulting, and network engineering. Boon Kuan LOW holds a BSc (Hons) in Computing from the University of Portsmouth.
