Jack Brown has a strong background in IT and support roles. Jack most recently worked as a Lead Support Engineer EMEA at Impero Software, starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they were a System Administrator at the same company from August 2021 to October 2022. Before joining Impero Software, Jack worked as a Cluster Network Manager at Diverse Academies Trust from December 2019 to August 2021. Jack also worked as an IT Technician at the same company from October 2016 to December 2019. Jack's earlier work experience includes roles as an Onsite IT Technician at Dataspire Solutions from January 2015 to October 2016, an IT Technician at Academy Transformation Trust from September 2013 to January 2015, a System Analyst at ECI Software Solutions from April 2013 to September 2013, and an Apprentice IT Technician at The Dukeries Academy from September 2011 to April 2013.

Jack Brown attended Tuxford Academy from 2002 to 2007 where they completed their GCSEs. In 2007, they enrolled at Lincoln College and studied BCS - ECDL Advanced, as well as BTEC for IT Practitioners and Software Development until 2009. From 2009 to 2011, Jack attended the University of Lincoln and obtained an HND in Computer Information Systems with a focus on Computing. Jack then pursued further education at Dukeries Academy from 2011 to 2013, completing a BTEC in IT and Telecommunications.
