Ketut Suaryana is a seasoned kitchen artist with extensive experience in food decoration and presentation. Currently employed at Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa since August 2013, Ketut specializes in creating stunning buffet decorations and garnishes through various techniques, including chocolate carving, butter carving, and ice carving, as well as fruit and vegetable carving. Previously, Ketut served as Sous Chef and Head Buffet Decorator at Celebrity Cruises, Inc. from August 2000 to 2003, honing skills in culinary artistry.
