Mark Fletcher has extensive experience in user experience and design, currently serving as Director and previously as Manager at Nureva Inc. since September 2014, focusing on enhancing innovation processes through software tools. Prior to this role, Mark was a Senior Industrial Designer at Smart Technologies from December 1997 to July 2014, where leadership in hardware design was a key responsibility. Additionally, Mark held the position of Industrial Designer at DW Product Design from 1996 to 1998, contributing to high-value product development, and began a design internship at KI from 1994 to 1996. Mark holds a Bachelor of Industrial Design with a specialization in User Experience and Product Design from Carleton University, earned between 1991 and 1996.
