Raquel Ibarz Blanch has a background in the food industry, with experience as a laboratory assistant and quality control manager. Raquel has worked on various research projects and completed their Master's thesis at Uniwersytet Przyrodniczy we Wrocławiu. Raquel has a Master's degree in Management and Innovation in the Food Industry and a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from Universitat de Lleida. Their work experience includes internships at IRTA, Bodega Pirineos S.A., and CLECE, S.A.
