Fiona Chalmers is an experienced Woodland Projects Manager at Zulu Ecosystems, leading ancient woodland restoration initiatives as part of the Lost Woods Programme since September 2022. With a consultancy background through Fiona Chalmers Associates, established in December 2010, services include woodland and countryside management, carbon projects, and community land management. Previous roles include Programme Manager for Future Woodlands Scotland, Senior Land Management Officer at Cairngorms National Park Authority, and management positions with the National Trust for Scotland and Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority. Fiona holds a First Class Honours degree in Environmental Management from The University of Manchester and a DipHE in Social and Environmental Problems from the University of Winchester.
