Tom Edge is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at both Nuffield Technologies and Rugged Data since January 2014, focusing on transitioning businesses from paper-based processes to digital data capture. Prior to these roles, Tom worked at St. Jude Medical from October 2011 to January 2014 as a Product Specialist, providing technical advice for implantable cardiac devices in hospitals across London and southern England. Tom's early career includes positions at Nuffield Technologies as a Developer and Assistant Engineer, and as a Sub Lieutenant in the Royal Navy, where officer and pilot training were completed. Tom holds an education from The Open University from 2008 to 2012.
