Mobile Team Leader at Neema - Better Than a Bank

Eitan Deree has a diverse work experience in the field of mobile software development. Eitan started their career in 2006 at Ecosoft, where they engaged in R&D for mobile applications on various platforms. Eitan then joined modu, where they worked on the image gallery and camera applications, facing challenges with the unique coding language and state-machine mechanics of modu framework.

Starting in 2008, Eitan worked at Giant Steps and NGSoft Ltd., contributing as a mobile software developer to several projects, which provided him with a broad perspective on different technologies and required problem-solving skills. In 2011, they joined AT&T as a mobile developer through NGSoft, where they played a role in the migration of applications to the Android Honeycomb tablet platform using Fragments.

From 2011 to 2018, Eitan worked at SysAid Technologies Ltd. as a Senior Mobile Software Engineer. Eitan was the sole developer responsible for designing, developing, releasing, and maintaining the Android and iOS mobile applications for SysAid. Eitan also developed an internal SDK for the applications, handling networking, data management, and ORM DB.

In 2018, Eitan joined SIRIN LABS as a Senior Android Developer, where they contributed to the development of SirinOS for the Finney blockchain smartphone. Eitan'swork included implementing new features from UI to low level, designing and implementing the wallet blockchain business logic with a focus on bitcoin, and integrating with the cold wallet hardware.

Following that, Eitan worked at Moovit from 2020 to 2021 as a Senior Android Developer, leveraging their expertise in Android development. Eitan then joined Ole in 2021 as a Senior Android Developer and continued in this role until 2023.

Most recently, Eitan joined Neema - Better Than a Bank in 2023 as a Senior Software Development Engineer. Eitan was later promoted to Mobile Team Leader, showcasing their leadership skills in addition to their technical expertise.

Throughout their career, Eitan has consistently demonstrated their abilities in mobile software development and has gained valuable experience in various roles and technologies.

From 2002 to 2006, Eitan Deree attended The Open University of Israel, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science and Business Administration.
