Bartosz Kula started their work experience in 2011 as a System Analyst at Atos, where they worked until 2012. In the same year, they became the Owner of Energia System IT and still holds that position. Bartosz also worked as a Project Manager at Infoprojekt from 2012 until March 2023. Bartosz Kula most recently joined NuBreed Hotels as a Product Manager in January 2023.

Bartosz Kula's education history includes a Master's degree in Information Technology - System Engineering and Databases from Gdask University of Technology. Bartosz obtained this degree from 2006 to 2011. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2006, Bartosz received a degree in Electronics Engineering from Technical College.
