John Lynch has over 18 years of work experience in the IT sector. John began their career in 2001 as an IT Manager at Aon Hewitt. From 2007 to 2008, they served as an IT QE Manager at Affiliated Computer Services. John then worked as an IT Director at Convergys from 2008 to 2009, and as a Consultant for Goodyear SAP Implementation at DISYS from 2009 to 2007. Following this, they were an IT Director at Alert Logic from 2010 to 2014, where they implemented Salesforce-based workflow automation tools that led to over $500K annual savings, and increased annual billable revenues by over $700K by designing and implementing a custom Salesforce entitlement management module. John then served as the Executive Director of Information Technology and Project Management at Texas Teachers ACP from 2014 to 2016. During this time, they brought IT costs under control, significantly decreased the risk of production outages, virtualized the technology stack, and built a development team to resolve numerous production issues. In 2016, they became the Managing Partner at Nuage Group, COO and Consultant at Cloud Co-Op, and Founder and Managing Partner at SFXpert.
John Lynch has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Texas State University. John also attended the University of Houston and Memorial High School. John has obtained three certifications, including Salesforce Platform App Builder from Salesforce in August 2018, Certified Salesforce Administrator from Salesforce in January 2018, and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance.
