Santosh Deshmukh is an experienced professional in digital transformation and agile coaching, currently serving as the Founder of IdeaClicks since March 2023, where responsibilities include defining digital transformation strategies and executing targeted online campaigns. Prior roles include Agile Coach at Cellulant, leading digital transformation across payment systems for 54 African countries; Agile Coach at BP for both the GBS Finance Unit and Castrol India Unit, fostering agile practices and training; and multiple positions at PayPal, including Innovation Maven and Scrum Master. Santosh has a strong technical background with previous roles at Deutsche Bank, Cognizant, BMC Software, Siemens Healthcare, and KPIT Infosystems, complemented by advanced degrees in computer science from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
