Ury Gan currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Income, having assumed the role in November 2022. Prior to this, Ury held the position of CFO for Hong Kong & Macau and Head of Financial Accounting & Reporting for Asia at QBE Insurance from January 2018 to July 2022, where responsibilities included oversight of financial reporting and transformation of regional processes. Ury's experience also includes a role as Director of Planning and Forecasting at Prudential Corporation Asia, and Finance Director roles at RSA, contributing to solvency compliance and finance team leadership. Earlier career positions include managing director at MM Group and senior manager at Rapattoni & Associates. Ury holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting & Finance from The University of Western Australia and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Murdoch University.
