Rajat Sharma is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project engineering within the energy sector, currently serving as a Senior Manager at NTPC Limited since December 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing project engineering for steam generators and auxiliaries, as well as preparing technical specifications and feasibility reports. Previously, Rajat held various managerial positions at NTPC Limited from July 2007 to December 2018, including Manager of Project Engineering, where layout finalization and optimizations for major plant components were executed, and Deputy Manager, responsible for the successful execution of significant electro-mechanical projects. Rajat began the career as an Assistant Manager and Executive Trainee, contributing to the site planning and execution of NTPC's initial hydro project. Rajat holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Hamirpur, completed in May 2007.
