Dr. Priti Sambhalwal possesses extensive experience in human resources and education, currently serving as Manager (HR) PMI at NTPC Limited since September 2008. Dr. Sambhalwal is also a Founder Member and Leadership Consultant at India Coaching Federation and has held teaching positions at Gitarattan International Business School and Jaipuria Institute of Management. Additional roles include guest speaker positions at various colleges and an independent consultant for TLRNOW CONSULTANTS PVT LTD. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Organizational Change Management from G D Goenka University and certifications from esteemed institutions such as Harvard Business School and the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow. Dr. Sambhalwal holds an MBA in HR and Marketing, a Bachelor of Dental Surgery, and a diploma in Training & Development.
