Nicola Skinner currently serves as the General Manager of Community Programs at the National Rugby League, a position held since November 2019, with a focus on overseeing the CareerWise component of the Wellbeing & Education program. Previous roles include Senior Manager at TTEC Digital Learning & Performance and Senior Consultant at RogenSi, among others. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Education from the University of Technology Sydney, a Graduate Certificate in Career Development, and a Certificate IV in Elite Athlete Wellbeing Management. Additionally, Nicola Skinner has obtained a Mental Health First Aid Certificate and has a Bachelor's degree in Business from Southern Cross University.
