Camilla Primdahl has a strong background in customer success and project management. Camilla is currently working as the Head of Customer Success at nps.today since April 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of Customer Success Program Manager at nps.today from May 2022 to April 2023. Before joining nps.today, they worked as a Customer Success Manager at LanguageWire from March 2021 to May 2022. Camilla also has experience in project management, having worked as a Senior Project Manager at Lionbridge from July 2020 to February 2021, and as a Project Manager at Lionbridge from February 2017 to June 2020. Prior to Lionbridge, they worked at Diction ApS, where they held the positions of Senior Project Manager from December 2016 to February 2017, and Project Manager from August 2015 to November 2016.
Camilla Primdahl attended Copenhagen Business School from 2014 to 2016, where they pursued a degree in International Business Communication with a focus on Spanish and European Studies.
