Eric Babaran

Senior Technical Support Engineer at Nozomi Networks

Eric Babaran started their work experience at GLIDEsf in 2016 as a Help Desk Technician and later became a Help Desk Supervisor in January 2020. Eric worked in this role until July 2021. In July 2021, they joined Nozomi Networks as a Junior Technical Support Engineer.

Eric Babaran received a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from San Francisco State University from 1998 to 2000. Prior to that, they attended City College of San Francisco from 1996 to 2020, where they obtained Cisco Academy and UNIX/Open Source Systems Certificates in Computer Science. In addition to their formal education, Eric also holds certifications in Scientific Computing with Python from freeCodeCamp, which they obtained in October 2020, and a CompTIA Security+ ce Certification from CompTIA, obtained in January 2021.
