Harris Troutman serves as General Counsel at Nox Health since February 2023, contributing to a global leader in sleep health headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. Previously, Troutman held the position of Chief Legal and Compliance Officer at Health IQ, focusing on Medicare brokerage through AI-driven solutions, from June 2022 to February 2023. Troutman's extensive experience includes serving as Chief Administrative Officer and Secretary at Mercury Healthcare, where leadership spanned legal, human resources, technology infrastructure, and regulatory compliance functions from September 2013 to May 2022. Earlier roles include Partner at FisherBroyles, LLP, General Counsel at Vitrue prior to its acquisition by Oracle, and various legal positions with RubberNetwork, LLC and MetalSpectrum, LLC. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law, alongside a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Auburn University.
