Vjera Silbert possesses extensive experience in human resources compliance and employee relations, currently serving as Vice President of HR Compliance and Employee Relations at Temple Health – Temple University Health System, where previous roles included Director and Manager in the same area. Prior to this, Vjera held the position of Associate Director in the Office of Student Conduct at the University of Pennsylvania. Vjera began a career in labor and employment law as an Associate at both Duane Morris LLP and Wolf Block LLP, where initial experience was gained as a Summer Associate. Vjera holds degrees from Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law and the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
