Oscar Wood has a diverse and extensive work experience. Oscar co-founded and currently holds the position of Head of Product Development at Now Press Play, a company that provides digital educational resources to schools. Oscar has been a board member since the company's inception in 2012. Oscar is also a co-founder and co-director of Seenaryo, a company they started in 2016.

In addition to their entrepreneurial ventures, Oscar has held various positions in the arts and education sector. Oscar served as the Director of Upstage Performance Group since 2004, where they led Tower Voices and Tower Hamlets' Secondary Borough Choir, promoting singing among children.

From 2014 to 2016, Oscar worked at Newham Music as a Vocal Lead, where they developed and implemented vocal strategies for the borough. Oscar conducted the Extraordinary Voices Choir and arranged and conducted music for the Newham Youth Festival.

Oscar's theater experience includes their role as a Theatre Facilitator and Composer at Greenwich & Lewisham Young People's Theatre from 2009 to 2016. Oscar worked with various age groups and facilitated the Routes Bus Project for autistic young people. Oscar also served as a composer and musical director for productions such as Hunchback of Notre Dame, Treasure Island, and Robin Hood at The Tramshed.

Prior to that, Oscar worked at Bigfoot Arts Education as a Theatre Facilitator and Mentor from 2010 to 2012. Oscar led drama sessions and provided mentoring and coordination at William Davis primary school.
