Rachel Clutterbuck is a seasoned professional currently serving as Team Lead and People Lead in Platform Engineering at Xero since March 2020, following a role as Customer Experience Team Leader. Prior to joining Xero, Rachel held the position of Immigration Manager at the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment from July 2018 to March 2020, gaining valuable experience in leadership and management within diverse environments.
