Kasper Bas Svendsen, MBA, is an experienced professional in leadership and talent management, currently serving as the Head of Global Learning, Leadership & Culture at Novonesis since January 2024. Previous roles include Head of Global Learning & Talent Acquisition at Chr. Hansen and Head of Global Learning & Leadership Excellence at Novozymes, where responsibilities encompassed leadership development, employee engagement, and talent management. In addition to corporate roles, Kasper serves as a Reserve Intelligence Officer with Forsvaret, providing training and advisory services in human intelligence. A graduate of the University of Southern Denmark with an MBA, Kasper's expertise is further supported by extensive military experience and several leadership development certifications.
