Sara Alves has extensive experience in marketing and human resources, currently serving as a marketing professional at NOVO BANCO since October 2005 and as a Lean Agile Coach Professional at UNIAGIL - Universidade Ágil since April 2021. Prior positions include manager at NOVO BANCO, S.A. from September 1995 to February 2011 and client manager at Banco Portugues do Atlantico SA from 1990 to 1995. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in HR Management from ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management, a Lean Agile Coach Professional certification from Uniagil, a postgraduate degree in Labor Relations from Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, a training for trainers certification from IEFP, and a Bachelor's degree in Management from ISEG.
