Kim Henderson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in healthcare and corporate social responsibility. Currently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer at Novant Health since May 2015, Kim oversees critical areas including people and culture, patient experience, and community engagement. Previous roles at Novant Health include Executive Vice President and Chief of Staff, Enterprise Patient Experience Officer, and Interim Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior to Novant Health, Kim was Vice President of Corporate Social Responsibility for the Charlotte Hornets, leading philanthropic efforts and community partnerships. Academic credentials include an Executive MBA from Queens University of Charlotte and a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Western Michigan University.
