Sahil Kamdar has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Sahil started their career as a Mechanical Engineer at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, where they managed the crankshaft manufacturing line and implemented process optimizations. Sahil then worked at the Energy Systems Design Research Laboratory at SUNY Buffalo as a Researcher, where they focused on simulating tide propagation and designing gear trains for optimal power. Sahil also worked at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, where they held roles as a Manufacturing Engineer, Process Integration Engineer, and Senior Process Integration Engineer. At GLOBALFOUNDRIES, they led cross-functional teams, facilitated product lifecycles, and implemented cost-saving projects. Most recently, Sahil joined Nova Ltd. as a Technical Lead in Manufacturing & Quality.

Sahil Kamdar obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai in 2010. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University at Buffalo from 2013 to 2015. In 2013, Sahil also obtained a certification in Control of Mobile Robots.
