Chris Tebbens

Service Manager

Chris Tebbens serves as the Service Manager at KLA, overseeing a team of 10 service engineers and supporting a variety of measurement platforms in North America. Previously, Chris held the position of Marketing Manager, managing a marketing portfolio for legacy equipment with significant revenue contributions and developing customer-focused business plans. Prior experience includes roles at GE Power & Water as an Operations Leader, where Chris led calibration technicians in a 17025 Accredited lab, and as a Customer Support Engineer at KLA-Tencor, providing support for Thin Film Metrology tools. Chris's early career in the US Navy included training as a Mechanical Instructor and serving as a Mechanical Supervisor and Nuclear Machinist Mate. Chris holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering and Management Systems from Clarkson University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Excelsior University.
