Kelsey Mills is an experienced quality management professional currently serving as the Quality Manager at Novagard since January 2023. Prior to this role, Kelsey held various positions, including Quality Manager at GEON Performance Solutions from June 2019 to January 2023, and Quality Engineer, Process Engineer, and Associate Engineer ELDP within the same company. Kelsey began the career as a Process Engineer Co-op at Kraton Corporation from January 2017 to August 2018, where responsibilities included process design, safety improvements, and product enhancement projects. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Akron and is pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management at Case Western Reserve University.
