Arya Jha is an Associate Engineer at Caterpillar Inc. since January 2024, following prior experience as a research assistant at QuGates Technologies. Arya served as Student Branch President and Executive for IEEE Power & Energy Society from October 2021 to November 2023 and actively engaged in various IEEE-related initiatives, including leading the Section for IEEE PES DAY 2022. Previous experiences also include roles as an internship trainee at Steel Authority of India Limited and as a volunteer for IEEE Day. Arya participated in the Vigyan Jyoti program at the Indian Institute of Technology, Indore, aimed at enhancing technical skills for female students. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Arya has built a strong foundation in engineering and leadership.
