Gracie Hernandez is currently employed as an Onboarding Specialist and Legal Assistant at Novacoast since April 2017, where responsibilities include new hire document creation and collection for the Human Resources and Legal Department. Previously, Gracie served as a Human Resources Intern, supporting Employee Engagement and Benefits tasks and managing legal documents for employee separations. Prior experience includes a position as a Junior Degree Analyst at UC Santa Barbara's Office of the Registrar, where Gracie organized graduation lists and diplomas. Gracie is pursuing a Doctor of Law degree at Southwestern Law School, following a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Bachelor of Arts in Film and Media Studies, both obtained from UC Santa Barbara between 2014 and 2018.
