Before joining the team, Abi worked at Elliptic as the Customer Success Lead for EMEA, leading relationships with crypto enterprise businesses’, financial institutions, and regulators and building and managing the EMEA Customer Success team. She brings 7+ years of experience in the Customer Success industry and, over the last three years, has specialized in working and supporting customers within the Crypto Compliance space. Her expertise includes advising companies on technology product utility, incorporating tech solutions in their standards and procedures, and translating regulatory requirements to tech implementation. Abi has a Law LLB degree from Swansea University.
