Vicki Ivory MCIPD has over 16 years of experience in Human Resources and People Management. Vicki has held various roles in well-known companies such as Cudo, SmartKem, OneVoice Digital, and ASPEN HOTELS LIMITED. Their expertise includes developing people strategies, managing employee relations, talent acquisition, and fostering company culture. Vicki has a proven track record of success in these areas throughout their career.

Vicki Ivory MCIPD completed a BA Honours in French and Spanish from the University of Hull in 2003. In 2011, they obtained a CIPD Level 3 in HR Practice from DPG. Vicki furthered their education with a Level 2 Certificate in Mental Health Awareness from The Skills Network in 2018. Continuing their focus on Human Resources, Vicki completed a Level 7 Diploma in Human Resource Management from CIPD in 2020, along with other certifications such as becoming a Mental Health First Aider in the same year.
