Kyle Delaney currently serves as the Executive Director of Strategic Initiatives and Marketing and Chief of Staff at Northwestern University, a position held since October 2005. In this role, Kyle oversees the marketing and communications strategies for the McCormick School of Engineering, managing brand strategy, enrollment marketing, media relations, and internal communications, while also acting as Chief of Staff to the Dean. Previous roles at Northwestern include Senior Director of Marketing and Communications and Associate Director of Marketing. Prior to joining Northwestern, Kyle held the position of Assistant Director of Marketing Communications at Butler University, where responsibilities included coordinating marketing efforts for various university departments and serving as assistant editor for Butler Magazine. Kyle holds a Bachelor's Degree in Integrated Communications from Butler University, earned in 2003.
