Dwayne Campbell has extensive experience in land use planning and project management, currently serving as the Manager of Land Use Planning and Inspection Services for the County of Northumberland since November 2014. This role encompasses various responsibilities including land use planning, building and development oversight, policy formulation, comprehensive analysis, and GIS analysis, along with project management and customer service. Prior to this, Dwayne worked as a Project Planner for The Regional Municipality of Durham, contributing to significant projects such as official plan reviews and area municipal amendments. Additionally, Dwayne served as Vice Chair of the Port Perry Secondary Plan Steering Committee at the Township of Scugog. Dwayne holds a Bachelor of Environmental Studies in Planning from the University of Waterloo, completed in 2003.
