Jose Torres possesses extensive experience in information technology, currently serving as the MIS Technology Manager for the City of Frisco since February 2012. Previously held roles include MIS Supervisor and Systems Engineer within the same organization. Prior to joining the City of Frisco, Jose worked as a DART Analyst at Research In Motion from February 2009 to February 2012 and as a Network Engineer I at The Staubach Company from 2006 to 2009. Jose's career began at Technisource, where the role of Bilingual Technical Support Analyst Supervisor was held from 2003 to 2006. Jose earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Information Systems and Computer Science from the University of Texas at Brownsville between 2000 and 2002.
