Tim Betters has over 40 years of experience in engineering, specializing in systems and microwave engineering. Currently, Tim serves as a Senior Systems Engineer at Northstrat Incorporated, a position held since May 2017. Prior to this role, Tim spent nearly seven years at Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems as a Systems Engineer. Tim's career also includes significant tenures at Raytheon as a Senior Systems Engineer/Senior Systems Administrator and at Lockheed Martin as a Staff Engineer. Tim began professional endeavors at Hughes Aircraft Company as a Microwave Engineer, providing a strong foundation in technical expertise and system integration across multiple high-profile aerospace and defense organizations.
