Vincent Kuchinsky has extensive experience in talent acquisition and staffing management, currently serving as Division Staffing Manager and Sourcing Staffing Manager at Northrop Grumman since November 2002. In these roles, Vincent empowered teams to build the sourcing function for Northrop Grumman Defense Systems and played a key role in developing sector strategies to attract top talent. Previous positions include Team Lead for Talent Acquisition and International Lead Talent Acquisition, responsible for global hiring and expatriate deployment. Prior to Northrop Grumman, Vincent worked as Staffing Manager at Robert Half International, specializing in full life cycle recruiting, and served as a Communications Officer in the United States Navy from 1993 to 1997. Vincent holds a BS in Physiology from the University of Florida and has pursued education at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
