Ana Z. Tochterman has extensive work experience in various roles and organizations. Ana is currently working as the Senior Director of Operations at NorthLakes Community Clinic since July 2018. Prior to this, they were the Director of Research Programs at Northland College from January 2015 to July 2018. Ana also worked as a Consultant for Assertive Community Treatment Transitions at the NY State Office of Mental Health, Bureau of Evidence-Based Services and Implementation Science/RFMH from January 2014 to October 2016. Additionally, they served as a Consultant for Health Care Network Planning Grant at the Northwest Wisconsin Workforce Investment Board from October 2014 to August 2015. Before that, Ana worked as the Project Director at the NY State Office of Mental Health, Bureau of Evidence-Based Services and Implementation Science/RFMH from October 2008 to December 2013. Ana also gained teaching experience as a Teaching Assistant at Columbia University - Columbia School of Social Work from 2009 to 2011. Furthermore, Ana served as the Interim Project Director at Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health, Center for Homelessness Prevention Studies from June 2006 to October 2008.

Ana Z. Tochterman pursued their education at the University of California, Berkeley, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in an unspecified field of study. Following this, they enrolled at Columbia University, where they obtained both a Master of Social Work (MSW) and a Master of Urban Planning (MSUP). Ana'sstudies at Columbia University lasted from 2003 to 2006, focusing on the disciplines of Social Work and Urban Planning.
