Rick Pharr is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operational leadership within the SaaS industry, particularly in behavioral health and rehabilitation therapy sectors. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Kipu Health since April 2021, Pharr focuses on customer experience, retention, and adoption. Prior to Kipu Health, Pharr held significant roles including Senior Vice President of Operations at WebPT, and Chief Customer & Operating Officer at SmartVault Corporation. Additional experience includes leadership positions at IHS, Seismic Micro-Technology, Symantec, Bindview Corporation, and Kaetron Software Corporation. Pharr holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management & Information Systems from the University of Phoenix.
