Ryan W. has extensive experience in customer service management, currently serving as the Interim Customer Manager for Developer Services at Northern Ireland Water since June 2021. In this role, Ryan oversees the Customer Engagement Team and Servicing Team, focusing on customer engagement, escalation, and performance data analysis against SLAs. Prior to this, Ryan worked at Echo Managed Services for nearly 15 years, progressing from Customer Service Specialist to Customer Service Team Manager, where responsibilities included customer service delivery in a fast-paced environment. Ryan's career began at DRD Water Service as a Customer Service Officer, handling customer inquiries and complaints. Educational background includes a BA Hons in Design from Ulster University and an AVCE with a focus on Art & Design and IT from Belfast Boys' Model.
