Rachael Montgomery currently serves as the Governance and Business Continuity Partner at Northern Ireland Water, a role held since June 2022, after previously working as a Corporate Governance Assistant in the same organization. Prior to this, Rachael was employed at Energia Group from January 2022 to June 2022 as a Payment and Account Resolutions specialist and worked as an Energy Specialist at bright from July 2021 to January 2022. Rachael's earlier experience includes a tenure at Next from November 2013 to July 2021, where roles included Sales Consultant, Sales Manager on secondment, and Sales Coordinator. Rachael holds a degree in International Business Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University, studied between 2016 and 2020, and is a graduate of Belfast Royal Academy, completing studies there from September 2007 to June 2014.
