Cailin Kelly is a bilingual business coach at Northern Initiatives since May 2023, previously serving as a small business development officer at Grow from October 2021 to June 2022. Past entrepreneurial experience includes ownership of Creston Brewery from August 2016 to August 2020. Cailin has contributed to women's employment through a role as an Empower Program career coach at the Women's Resource Center from May 2013 to May 2015 and has experience in talent development as a specialist with Goodwill Industries of Greater Grand Rapids from April 2012 to May 2013. International experience includes teaching English and engaging in community development with the Peace Corps from 2009 to 2011. Educational qualifications include a BA in International Relations from Grand Valley State University and specialization in grant proposal writing through The Grantsmanship Center. Additional language training was completed at Becari Language School.
