Joshua Odell is an accomplished data analytics professional with extensive experience in operations analytics and insights roles within various organizations. Currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Operations Analytics & Insights at CardWorks since August 2023, Joshua oversees the full cycle of Contact Center Analytics and Insights to enhance omni-channel credit card customer operations. Previously, as Director of Contact Center Analytics & Insights at Notable, leadership of data analysis and reporting across multiple stakeholder groups was executed. Joshua also held the Data Analytics Manager position at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where management of a business analytics team was achieved, and at Oriental Trading Company, where financial and performance analyses were created for senior leadership. Joshua's career began with roles in customer service supervision and support, underscoring a solid foundation in customer operations. Joshua graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Islamic Studies from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
