Rob Hepworth has extensive experience in the field of housing and support services, currently serving as the Housing with Support Project Officer at North Somerset Council since April 2012. In this role, Rob is responsible for the implementation and management of the "Housing with Support Strategy 2017-2027," focusing on achieving targets to enhance both the quantity and quality of housing support within the county. Prior to this, Rob worked as a Brokerage Advisor, managing client placements in residential care and developing care packages, and as a Lead Brokerage Assistant, which began as an apprenticeship. Earlier career experience includes working as a Support Worker for Brandon Trust, providing support to clients with learning disabilities. Rob holds an NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration and Management from Weston College.
