Alastair Forster has a diverse and extensive work experience in the construction and oil industry. Alastair has held various roles and responsibilities in different companies throughout their career.

Their most recent position was with North Oil Company Qatar as a Company Site Rep - FDBN Project. In this role, they were responsible for representing the company on-site and overseeing fabrication, installation, testing, and pre-commissioning activities.

Before that, Alastair worked at Bilfinger UK as a Completions Lead, where they managed daily construction activities for the Mossmorran Ethylene Plant shutdown and Phillips Humber Refinery. Alastair played a crucial role in project execution and readiness reviews.

At Bilfinger UK, they also served as the Execution Lead, overseeing maintenance works for several sites, including the Olefins 6 plant. This involved progress reporting, daily works meetings, and chairing various meetings related to planning, resource, cost review, and shutdown readiness.

Prior to that, they worked at Worley as an Offshore Construction Superintendent, ensuring the successful construction of the EDOP Tranche Project. This included reviewing workpacks, attending scheduling meetings, and coordinating various offshore works.

Earlier in their career, they worked at Amec Foster Wheeler as a Construction Superintendent, where they managed the construction of the QU module for the Shah-Deniz 2 Project. Alastair also served as a General Construction Superintendent at the Sangachal Terminal, overseeing critical construction projects.

Other notable experiences include working as a Co-Ordinator at Amec/Total, a Structural/Civil Superintendent at Fluor Daniels, and a Construction Supervisor at AJS V.o.f. c/o AMEC.
