Gunnar Neset is an experienced professional in human resources and project management, currently serving as Vice President of Project Management and Vice President of HR at Equinor since May 2018. Prior to this, Gunnar held multiple leadership roles at Statoil, including Vice President of HR Shared Services and Vice President of Corporate Human Resources. Gunnar's career began in the HR sector at Shell, where responsibilities included HR Director for AS Norske Shell and HR Manager for Shell Commercial Europe. Additional experience includes positions at Stavanger Universitets Sykehus and Human Link. Gunnar holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Bergen and a specialization in clinical work psychology.
