Robert Muller serves as the IT Infrastructure Operations Manager at North Memorial Health since March 2024, overseeing IT operations to ensure business information is secure and accessible. With a military background as a Behavioral Health Specialist E6 in the United States Army Reserve since August 2013, Robert provides counseling services and conducts educational classes on mental health. Previously, in the role of Network Operations Center Manager at Atomic Data from January 2022 to March 2024, Robert managed a 24/7 operations team, focusing on system improvements and team development. As Director of Operations at Guild Services from January 2018 to January 2022, Robert ensured alignment of IT and operational functions with organizational values. Earlier experiences include roles at Phoenix Recovery Programs, where responsibilities included coordinating client admissions and managing substance abuse treatment programs.
