Rae Duncan has over 20 years of experience in the field of information technology. They started their career as a Manager of Technical Support Services in 1997 at School District U-46. In this role, they managed support services and a team responsible for maintaining and supporting various technology devices.

In 2017, Rae joined Net56 as a Senior Technology Project Manager. They were responsible for overseeing multi-million dollar technology projects and acted as a technical advisor to the Field Engineering Team. They also served as a company document controller and specialist in ISO/QMS implementation.

Currently, Rae works as the Director of Information Technology at Wesley Willows. They are highly satisfied with their role, expressing gratitude for working in an organization focused on its residents and employees.
