Dawn Henry has been working at NCTD since January 2004, initially as an Asset Administrator II and later as a Management Analyst. Prior to joining NCTD, Dawn worked at Laidlaw Transit from December 1994 to April 2004, where Dawn held the position of Administration Manager. Dawn's education includes attending Irvine Valley College.
