Dr. Vincent Iturralde serves as the Chief Operations Officer for North Chicago Community Unit School District 187 since January 2020, bringing over 27 years of educational experience focused on operational excellence and strategic growth. Previously, Iturralde held the position of School Transformation Coordinator, collaborating with district and school leaders to develop and execute strategic plans aimed at improving teaching and learning. Before joining North Chicago District 187, Iturralde worked as a Leadership Coach at the University of Illinois at Chicago from December 2016 to January 2020. Iturralde holds a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Urban Education and Leadership and a Master of Education (MEd) in Educational Administration and Supervision from the University of Illinois Chicago, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Elementary Education and Teaching from Northeastern Illinois University.
