Leo Cosio currently serves as the Chief of Staff to the Village Manager and previously held the position of Assistant to the Village Manager in North Bay Village since January 2022. Simultaneously, Leo works as a Realtor Associate at The Keyes Company since October 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a News Writer at WSVN-TV 7News, where responsibilities encompassed writing for popular programs and formatting news packages. Leo's earlier roles also include a Communications and Media Relations Internship at the Congressional Research Service, focusing on social media strategy, and serving as President and Vice President of the Student Government Association at Florida International University, where significant contributions were made to university governance and student welfare. Leo holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications, Broadcast Journalism from FIU and is currently pursuing a Master of Public Administration & Policy at American University.
